Think of our Preventive Care Package as an insurance policy for your PC.
Under this plan, we provide a whole host of preventive maintenance services for a flat rate.
When you contact us to sign up for our Preventive Care Package, we come out to your place of business and conduct a brief consultation to evaluate your PC equipment
and service needs. We contact you to schedule a time to provide services that is convenient to you,
minimizing the down-time for your business. We come out to your location and conduct an exhaustive battery
of tests on each of your desktop and laptop PCs. We ensure the following:

The operating system has the latest patches / security fixes |

Standard application software has the latest patches / bug fixes |

The virus software is up-to-date (if you don’t have one, we’ll provide you the software at no charge) |

Each system is running in optimal condition by running a comprehensive set of diagnostic utilities to detect potential problems before they occur and squeeze out every last drop of “juice” from your system for maximum performance |

We physically clean the internal components of desktop PCs (dust is your PC’s worst enemy!) |
This service often requires more than 1 hour per
desktop, but it is crucial foundation for trouble-free computing. Once we have established a clean baseline,
we repeat our visits once every 3 months while the Preventive Care Package is in effect.
